Why can't I see the snapshot photograph I took with EDS1130 on my iPhone? Did I miss something?

The Privacy Settings for EnViewer on your IOS device is disabled. Please see steps below to Enable Privacy. This applies to IOS 8 or later versions.

 

  1. Go to Settings>Privacy.
  2. Select Photos. 
  3. Make Sure the button for EnViewer is Green.
