There is no way for the client to contact the IoT Gateway administrator through the EnRoute App. However, if both the administrator and client installed the EnTalk Lite on their smartphones and are also registered to the same IoT gateway then they can use the EnTalk Lite app to communicate with each other as long as their is an Internet connection.
