Sent a request ticket for a big problem I have 4-5 days ago and still have not heard back. It's a critical problem and they disabled their phones so I can't call for immediate support.
I'm having the same issue. I put in a ticket 24 hours ago and they haven't even looked at it yet. I tried to call customer service and they have no one answering the phones. I updated my ticket to give them 12 hours to respond or the devices were going back to the retailer.
I have concluded that Engenius has the worst customer support of any company I have ever worked with. You are better off tossing or selling any equipment you have purchased from them and buying from a company that will be there if you ever have a problem.
