I put in a ticket 24 hours ago and they haven't even looked at it yet. I tried to call customer service and they have no one answering the phones. I updated my ticket to give them 12 hours to respond or the devices were going back to the retailer. 0 Comment actions Permalink Christopher Baker August 20, 2020 22:25 I have concluded that Engenius has the worst customer support of any company I have ever worked with. You are better off tossing or selling any equipment you have purchased from them and buying from a company that will be there if you ever have a problem. 0 Comment actions Permalink Deb June 07, 2021 19:39 My techinician has been trying to reach Tech support for well over a week and the phones are not answered. Worst customer service ever!
