Where can I find the MAC address of a client device that I have previously kicked and banned on my Controller and how can I allow it to connect back to the network?

When the "Kick" button is pressed, that particular wireless client will be disconnected from that access point momentarily.

When the “ban” button is pressed, that particular wireless client will be disconnected from the access point and its MAC address can be found in the Access Controller List (ACL).

To allow the wireless client to connect, you just need to remove the Mac Address from the ACL and Apply.
